Sizing guide
Universal size.
Suggested use
Position band (curved side up) with silicone insert positioned directly under kneecap. Slip fastener through buckle and bring strap around back of knee. Tighten and secure fastener until firm but comfortable.

Remove Silicone Pad Before Washing. Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do Not Use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Dry Clean, Do Not Iron.
