This strap helps provide support during occupational and sporting activities and is particularly useful in cases of epicondylitis (Tennis/Golfers elbow), as it helps reduce tendon irritation and overuse.

Suggested use
Recommend reviewing product box for reference of illustration, images and content whilst fitting. With palm towards floor, slide support over hand and onto forearm. Position vibration dampening pad directly over painful area. Wrap strap around forearm and fasten.
Care instructions
Remove silicone before washing. Hand Wash Cold Only and Dry Flat. Do Not Use Fabric Softener, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Dry Clean, Do Not Iron.
