The Neo G NeoThotics - Heel Cushions are constructed from a Premium Grade Silicone for shock absorption and cushioning, it features an embedded Hexagonal Tech Mesh that strengthens the inserts for maximum support and protection. The heel cushions help reduce shock loads in the heel area of the foot, where the blue zone helps offer soft orthotic cushioning. These inserts can help reduce pressure and friction on both the Achilles tendon and the plantar fascia to help relieve associated inflammation and pain. Can be used in most everyday or sports shoes.

Sizing is based on European shoe size (EUR). For detailed sizing information see chart:

Suggested use
For each foot:
- Insert NeoThotics insole (flat side down) into footwear
- As illustrated ensure silicone is positioned against the back/rear of the footwear and check it is flat, level and comfortable before wear
Care instructions
Hand wash cold with mild soap. Wipe & dry flat. For best wear, a light dusting of talcum powder may be applied periodically.
